DISC Personality Profiling

DISC is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.

As a licensed trainer, I use this as a tool to resolve problems, large and small, and to help teams and businesses achieve their goals. It is an important tool for conflict resolution, reducing bias, and improving team collaboration and productivity through better communication.

What is DISC?

DISC is an effective and highly validated human personality profiling tool. It has been proven to help improve leadership skills, develop relationships, and create better self-awareness.


DISC is an acronym that represents the four personality characteristics outlined in the
model:

Dominant, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientious.

Completing your own DISC assessment will help you understand your own behavioural style.

You will also understand the other behavioural styles and be able to modify your interactions accordingly. Understanding breeds harmony and better communication – and that’s good for everyone!
